Hi,
I have applied I-485 in July 2007. My Priority date is May22, 2006 (which is current as per August VISA Bulletin). But I haven't received the Finger Printing notice yet !!
I also went to Local Office but they also couldn't help me.
What I am suppose to do in that case?

Hi does anyone know the current processing time for AP at the NSC. The website says 3 months but has anyone got it sooner?
I applied on Jan 9, 2009..when can I expect it by?

Generally you get it within 60 days. You sent only a few days ago, wait until March. If they say 3 months, they mean to say that they approve application within 3 months.

Hi All,
I got F1 VISA for X University and then I transfered to Y University.
Now I have lost I20 for that X University.
I am filing for H1B now and I am supposed to submit all prior I20s.
What would be the potential problem if I do not submit the I20 of X univ?
Is there any way to retrieve the I20 from the university?

Can you use your spouse's cross-changeability after you have filed for your I-140 already ? How time consuming is this for the USCIS to acknowledge ?
i am quite sure you can...infact you can do this at any stage including after filing I-485.
please verify with an attorney...you will need one to do it correctly.

Hi Gurus,
Request your help on my query. I am on H1B with an I 797 valid upto 29-Jan-2011 and dependants have stamped H4 visas valid upto 29-Jan-2011. My company is in the process of applying for my H1B extension (this will be my second extension and i have currently completed 4 yrs 9 months in US).
My dependants are planning to travel to India at the end of this month and plan to return back by end of Nov. Will they face any issues during their return at POE ?
Will there be any complications with our visa extensions ?
Appreciate your response at the earliest.

Self - Adjustment of Status (AOS - 485 filed in July'07), AP, EAD and a valid H1 (renewed recently)
Spouse - AOS 485 (filed in July'07), AP, EAD, H4 expired end of April 2010
Son 14 yrs. old - AOS 485 (filed in July'07), AP, H4 expired end of April 2010
Daughter - 11 yrs old - AOS 485 (filed in July'07), AP, H4 expired end of April 2010

My daughter has joined in a medical program in India and she has to return to US after 4 years to continue her studies. Her 485 is in process and she has stamped H4 upto 2012 ( 3 years from now). I am trying to find out the best strategy to get her here after 4 years if we dont get GC prior to H4 stamping expiry.
Should I continue to apply her EAD and Advance parole whenever she visits US (She will come to US atleast once every year)? Or Can I apply for her EAD and Parole just before the expiry of her h4 stamp (That is after 3 years)? Please advise.
