Basically everyone has experienced at least one version of the Falling Snow tutorial� It just so happens that you can see the progress that ActionScript has made as a language� as well as the progress that Kirupa has made in making tutorials. :trout:

If you really want to learn "C". Then I suggest you to purchase a book first.
Book name is "Let Us 'C'". This is a good for the beginners.
Clear your basics from this book and move towards C++ then C#.

Hello,
My wife had misplaced her AP summer of last year when she was out of the country. She then entered back on Transportation letter however at poe the immigration officer assumed she was a resident misplaced her resident card and stamped her passport as LPR. Since her entry back in the summer of last year we have gained an extension of H4 status for 3 years. I am getting ready to file for a new AP and would like to know if I should writeH4 as her "Class of Submission" or LPR or AP

Greetings,
please advise what steps should be taken if I recieved the NL letter from KCC that I am selected for 2011 DV lottery.
I am in AOS in EB3 category, my H1B already expired, working on EAD.
My case number from DV lottery is very high (29***).
What should I choose - CP or AOS???
Should I fill and return back to KCC both forms - DSP-122 and DS-230 forms??? :confused:

We can see more of these GC approvals and visa number allocation in September because USCIS and DOS have to use up all available visa numbers.

If the labor from BEC gets approved and subsequent I140 as well, is it possible to request only the priority date change for the I485?
Not refering to replace the I140. IS IT POSSIBLE TO JUST REQUEST THE PRIORITY DATE?

I can't help but notice that about 1/4 of recently processed audit cases were denied. As it goes now, I'll have to wait about another 6 month for a 75% chance to pass. Well for where the economy is headed right now it all probably won't matter anymore in 6 months.

We have received our EAD cards without having Finger Print done. We have received FP notice and scheduled for the next week but received our EAD cards.
EAD cards says "No Finger print available" on the right corner. Will this cause any problems?
Please advice.

Yes he is in 'Adjustee Status' also a person can start working as soon as new employer files H1 petition on his/her behalf. So if the petition was filed on time and took 40 days to be approved your friend was in H1 status since the day the petition was received by USCIS

I and my wife are on h1. I want to come on her h4. She recently applied for h1 extension as her employer is nonprofit org and has some policies of his own, he files every year. She filled in may�09 and got receipt number, as the case is still pending who we can apply for h4 now. Is there any way around to apply for my h4 while the case is still pending?
You can file your H-4 based on the H-1b receipt of your spouse, this is not a problem. They will approve your H-4 for the same duration as your spouses H-1, you will get an approval of H-4 only after your spouses H-1 is approved.

As per my knowledge, You will be out of status if you didn't your H1B approval.
So you should try alternative things, like moving on to F1 or H4 dependent Visa.
If you have EAD you should not worry at all.
About USCIS, sometimes it won't get updated. One of my cousin's H1B was canelled and compant got confirmation mail, But still his status shown as active from past 1 year. Make sure with your Employer (ABC/initial company who has your h1B upto Feb-2011) that they got letter from USCIS.
